[PATCH 24/30] bsd-user/signal.c: setup_frame

Subject: [PATCH 24/30] bsd-user/signal.c: setup_frame

setup_frame sets up a signalled stack frame. Associated routines to
extract the pointer to the stack frame and to support alternate stacks.
