I think as with most cases where the TC lacks experts in the specific
field, we'd like to get acks from experts, one way to do that
is by posting the driver and soliciting acks.
Ideally we'd like to see an open source driver and device
implementations alongside the spec (preferably qemu as it's still
more popular than rust vmm and more people read C than rust).
