This series introduces new QMP/HMP commands to dump the status of a
virtio device at different levels.
[Jonah: Rebasing from previous patchset from Feb. 10 (v12). Original patches
are by Laurent Vivier from May 2020.
Rebase from v12 to v13 is just a small line change in patch 7/8 in
qapi/virtio.json.]
1. List available virtio devices in the machine
HMP Form:

5. Display an element of a given virtio queue
