Hi,
Various cleanup patches gleaned while working on different things. A good half
of them are realted to cleaning up qemu-common.h.
Most of them can be delayed for 7.1 imho, to avoid any risk of last minute
regression. Eventually, a few safe one could be cherry-picked earlier by
maintainers.
(some patches have been posted in earlier cleanup series)
