Subject: [PATCH v2 04/42] i386: Rework sse_op_table1

Add a flags field each row in sse_op_table1.

Initially this is only used as a replacement for the magic
SSE_SPECIAL and SSE_DUMMY pointers, the other flags will become relevant
as the rest of the AVX implementation is built out.
