[RFC PATCH 24/40] target/arm/hvf: Probe host into ARMCPUClass

Subject: [RFC PATCH 24/40] target/arm/hvf: Probe host into ARMCPUClass

We can now store these values into ARMCPUClass instead of into
a temporary ARMHostCPUFeatures structure.
