[PATCH 2/8] tests/unit/test-smp-parse.c: Bump max_cpus to 4096

PC mahine is trying to support up to 4096 vCPUs [1], so it's necessary
to bump max_cpus in test-smp-parse to 4096 to cover the topological
needs of future machines.
