There is no well-defined meaning for "guest machine time".  The reason
is that while QEMU executes the instructions of the specified
architecture, different implementations of that architecture are allowed
to execute instructions in varying amounts of time.  Worse, attempting
to simulate the timing of any particular implementation is very
difficult.
