Looks like the emcraft-sf2 and the lm3s811evb/lm3s6965evb
Stellaris boards are the only upstream ones that remembered
to wire up the SYSRESETREQ line.

I'll see if I can fix the bug in the other upstream boards for
the QEMU 5.1 release.

There is no upstream model of the STM32f429I so you
should probably contact whoever is responsible for
the QEMU fork you're running if you want a fix for
that machine type.
