No I think the MS stuff looks better.

Please refer to one of my earlier posts where I gave a summary of
how to make a Linux host machine provide the server side of the
SMB network used by MS network client.  It is important to note
that modern versions of SAMBA (and equivalent Microsoft software)
default to a security setting that rejects the weak password
encryption used by many historic DOS era clients.
