Sadly, there seems to still be no IA64 CPU emulation in Qemu (even the ability to run QEMU on actual IA64 hardware has been removed) or anywhere else, forcing all but the richest companies to not develop IA64 software while the architecture existed.

For SunOS, look at the x86/x64 version of SunOS for emulation on x64 in KVM/HAXM mode.

Or use qemu-system-sparc under Sparc Linux for hardware speed or under any other hardware architecture with only the quick TCG emulation speed.
