The name of the iso is ElCapitan,iso. If that's OS X 10.11 then that does 
not run on PPC Macs which you try to emulate, so probably either the iso 
is wrong and you should try an OS that runs on a PowerMac3,1 that QEMU 
mac99 is roughly similar to or you should boot this iso on an x68_64 VM.
