[PATCH] target/riscv: Fix satp write

Subject: [PATCH] target/riscv: Fix satp write

These variables should be target_ulong. If truncated to int,
the bool conditions they indicate will be wrong.

As satp is very important for Linux, this bug almost fails every boot.
