[Quilt-dev] Add and remove Files with Quilt

Hello Listmates,

i would like to create a patch which adds and removes files. Changing existing 
files with quilt add or quilt edit i'm already knowing.

For creating files i can imagin that i have to create a new file and make then 
quilt add. Is that the right way? And how can i remove files?
