Commits 7392d02d7c3e5c with some later touch-ups. This is yet
another MIPS COP2 vector implementation, seen in Axis ARTPEC-5
chips, used through bare gcc intrinsics (i.e. no header
wrapping). For some reason very well-tuned to RAPP. ;-)
Sorry, no publicly available documentation, but the SIMD
semantics should be obvious from the simulator files in a
"comptools-mips" compiler source package, if anyone's
interested.
