This adds another dependency on an external binary. I would be great to see it
ifdefed though with some option to configure to decide if it should be compiled
in or not.

The comment is a little confusing. The default keybinding in screen is "C-a t"
to display the time and load. Removing the "as in screen" part would make more
sence, i think
