I tried the latest CVS and it fixes the specific problem that I
reported above. However, another problem appears. Once, I kill the
window manager, ratpoison expands the windows to fit its frames. I can
then push C-t Tab to switch frames, but after that I can't push the
escape sequence anymore (and therefore can't run anymore RP commands).

Anything I can do to help debug the issue?
