[RP] [PATCH] sloppier command tokenization

Hi,

attached are patches (against HEAD and 1.4.0) that make the command
tokenization less picky about the amount of whitespace. This allows
for lining up longer alias or key definiions like this example:

        alias rodentleft        ratrelwarp        -1       0
        alias rodentright       ratrelwarp         1       0
        alias rodentup          ratrelwarp         0      -1
        alias rodentdown        ratrelwarp         0       1

        alias rodentLeft        ratrelwarp       -10       0
        alias rodentRight       ratrelwarp        10       0
        alias rodentUp          ratrelwarp         0     -10
        alias rodentDown        ratrelwarp         0      10

        alias rodentLEFT        ratrelwarp      -100       0
        alias rodentRIGHT       ratrelwarp       100       0
        alias rodentUP          ratrelwarp         0    -100
        alias rodentDOWN        ratrelwarp         0     100
