Marcus, because rdiff-backup works with reverse diffs you can
normally only delete the oldest increments. rdiff-backup --remove-older-than 5B... should remove the 5th most-recent increment i.e. the oldest of yours below. You could try: rdiff-backup --remove-older-than 1B but I think this will remove all your past increments and leave you only with the most recent data. For more info about the '--remove-older-than' option do man rdiff-backup (or google 'man rdiff-backup').
