Okay, as Python 3.6 is workable, I'll build it for EPEL8.

It is likely I won't do it for EPEL7, as it is close to EOL and also
the recommendation is to only apply bugfixes, not enhancements, unless
someone specifically requests it and there are no missing dependencies.

However, I will try it on COPR.
