i could offer suggestion for re-wording; but im still not
totally clear of the intention of A3 - i am trying to discern
between these cases:

// the strict interpretation of the current wording:

// my current interpretation, based on the feedback, thus far:

// but, why specify only the 'AGPL'?
// the -or-later option can be applied to the GPLv2 and v3 also:
