Project: Reproducible paper template Submitted by: boud Submitted on: Sun 14 Jun 2020 03:56:13 PM UTC Should Start On: Sun 14 Jun 2020 12:00:00 AM UTC Should be Finished on: Sun 14 Jun 2020 12:00:00 AM UTC Category: None Priority: 5 - Normal Status: None Privacy: Public Percent Complete: 0% Assigned to: None Open/Closed: Open Discussion Lock: Any Effort: 0.00 _______________________________________________________ Details: In _reproduce/analysis/make/paper.mk_, we have 103 pdflatex -shell-escape -halt-on-error $$p/paper.tex but the _info pdflatex_ page says > -shell-escape > Enable the \write18{command} construct. The command can be any shell command. This construct is normally disallowed for security reasons. Why should this security concern be overridden? _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <https://savannah.nongnu.org/task/?15694> _______________________________________________ Message sent via Savannah https://savannah.nongnu.org/
