Follow-up Comment #2, bug #59084 (project reproduce):
Probably the fact that you haven't installed Xcode is the cause! Raul actually
uses macOS systems. Raul, do you use Xcode on your macOS?
I also know that Mahdieh (which you know) has a macOS, can you ask her if she
has Xcode?

Command Line Tools (CLT) ...", so its a super-set of CLT and probably includes
the very low-level things that are causing these problems.
