Follow-up Comment #3, bug #59084 (project reproduce):
Yes, I have Xcode installed. This is the very first thing I did when I set up
the system. Without Xcode I could do almost nothing. It is very easy to
install and probably it will solve the problem.
This is interesting. The fact that I didn't have this problem is because since
the very beginning I installed Xcode. So, I am wondering if we should check
the installation of Xcode in macOS systems. And if it is not installed, then
inform the user to install it.
