[Ring] ring on a dedicated network

I was looking for a solution to build a private (dedicated)
communication platform which would include IM, audio and video
conferencing.

I came across the ring.cx project and I would like to know if it would
be possible to create a private ring network deployment with

If I understood correctly a new blockchain, DHT
Dedicated STUN and TURN servers

At this state of the development, is that something I could do ?
