Log message:
        refondation of the left menu. Try to separation information and 
communication links, try to have something less confusing (do we maintain an 
account or do we configure it ? I think we configure it, depending on our 
choice, but not maintain it... it s not maintenance job), remove the link to 
savannah projects bugs... it s nice for us to have a direct link but users 
generally should try to get support before posting a bug report -- This is test 
to get something easier to understand, do not hesitation to undo my changes if 
you find them not pertinent
