Log message:
        Get rid of javascript for date field entries. Now it is by select box. 
It currently does not exactly respect the i18n form, but you are not forced to 
guess to order of YY DD MM, which was the case when javascript was not working. 
Further development should be made to have the input field the i18n order, but 
the tool is working right now.
