-VPS are server that offer an almost complete root access to manage a kind of 
"sub-server". Since we use subsystems at Savannah, those might come in handy.

virtual "sub-server". We are using them on savannah.  See 
~root/infra/vservers.txt.  (The other files in infra/ are worth looking at too.
