-VPS are servers that offer almost complete root access to manage a kind of
virtual "sub-server". We are using them on savannah. See
~root/infra/vservers.txt. (The other files in infra/ are worth looking at too.

debootstrap doesn't work last time I checked (mount-in-chroot), this is
cumbersome.

tweaks, and is very efficient.
