Summary: ability for user to remove files and directories from their download
area

Original Submission: Many support request is about removing files on the
download area. We should provide a way to remove files and directories.
I understand well reasons to refuse to give a shell account, even limited, to
users.

But, for example, if it's possible, it would be nice that people can do a
command like ssh address@hidden:/project rm -rf this_dir this_file
