Summary:  Duplicate Invoice ID's

Original Submission:  Invoice generation in the Inventory and Project sections.
      Both generate an invoice ID of I-year-number (Example: I-2002-0001)
      Each does so independent of the other which means that each subsystem
      can have an invoice I-2002-0001. This means that if a customer who
      calls in to inquire about an invoice provides just the invoice number
      there is no way to tell if it was a job done in projects or if it was
      an item that they bought. I have modified mine to produce invoice IDs
      of IO-2002-0001 for Orders and IP-2002-0001 for projects.
