[Savannah-dev] Error: make conf

Hi,

I'm facing problem to install savannah onto my OpenBSD machine.
Installation process stuck at "make conf", see below for detail error message:
 

Cannot open /etc/savannah/local.inc.pl for writing at backend/sv_update_conf.pl line 233, <STDIN> line 33.
*** Error code 2

Stop in /var/www/htdocs/savannah (line 44 of Makefile).
