[Savannah-dev] Error compiling nmh-1.1-RC1 slocal.c

To developers,

I am using a system with libdb1, which configure seemed to detect correctly,
but the generated Makefile is missing the actual library reference in the
final link line, so slocal doesn't compile right-out-of-the-tarfile.
ld complains of missing dbm_* symbols.

(stock Slackware 9.0 Linux system, in case you are wondering)
