Hey,

I removed the lock file.

I could not find any clue about why it was not cleaned-up in the first place:
sv_cvs:/srv/git/lilypond.git/refs/heads/dev# ll
total 28
-rw-rw-r-- 1 hanwen lilypond 41 Oct 24 13:15 gub-initrepo
-rw-rw-r-- 1 janneke lilypond 41 Sep 10 08:40 gub-local-home
-rw-rw-r-- 1 janneke lilypond 41 Sep 28 16:59 gub-serialized
-rw-rw-r-- 1 hanwen lilypond 41 Oct 22 03:24 hwn
-rw-rw-r-- 1 kainhofer lilypond 41 Oct 26 16:16 kainhofer
-rw-rw-r-- 1 kainhofer lilypond 0 Oct 26 16:17 kainhofer.lock
-rw-rw-r-- 1 skelband lilypond 41 Oct 2 03:00 rlittle
-rw-rw-r-- 1 rz lilypond 41 Oct 31 00:48 rune

Apparently there's no way for users to remove lock files through
git-shell. I asked at #git and apparently this isn't supposed to
happen.

If you could bring this up to the Git mailing list, it would be nice.
This is the first time this occur at Savannah though.
