Sorry for the horrible delay in getting back to you :/

We added a list of tasks for the Savannah project at:

Can you check it and see what you are interested in?

With 4h/week I'm not sure you can progress very fast, but there are
several small independent changes or bugfixes that you could work on
during an afternoon (for example).

You can also join #savannah at FreeNode, where we can discuss about
Free Software philosophy in general and s/Photoshop/The GIMP/ in
particular ;)
