I tend to disagree, so let's add "and if you know how to administer a
Debian system" - because this is a pretty standard Debian setup, and
people like Aleix showed that they could indeed administer the system
easily enough. It's not as if the system were 100% Savannah-specific
(or 100% Beuc-specific ;)), as your "no one else" implies.

Nope, but it's as easy as "apt-get install libapache2-mod-perl2" to
fix it :)
