Yes. They are both under the GPL and I heard on #kvm that libkvm is
under LGPL. What I was not understanding is would the GiVMi project
maintainer have to get the approval of those projects to use Openssl.
Your answer seems as though it should not matter.

What uses GnuTLS? I would assume you mean python-gnutls.
