Hi Ward,

There are a few immediate problems:

- the diffs are very noisy - too much trivial changes in CVS/
  administrativia directories

- new files are mentioned, but the content is missing ("Only in
  www-ml: po-files")

- binary files are not included either (new or modified)


How about granting us some access so we can work this out?
