Should be "/srv/bzr", not "/src/bzr", of course.  Typo.

That should be

  chmod 700 ~jrandom/.ssh && chmod 600 ~jrandom/.ssh/authorized_keys

...which is what I actually tested with.  Again, sorry for the typo.
