submissions".

Ok. You are now listed as a member in such group
(https://savannah.gnu.org/project/memberlist.php?group=administration).
This means now you can assign proyects to you (Set your user in the
"Assigned to" item field). Please keep this field updated. When you
are going to track the registration process of a project please assign
it to you; in the same manner when you can't/don't want to continue
tracking the registration process of a given project please unset this
field. In this way we can easily know whether a project is being
attended and by whom.

Note: With `to track the registration processes' I mean for example: To
check all is ok in the submitted tarball and metadata; ask the mantainer
to fix the issues if any; repeat if not all issues got fixed or you
discover new ones. This is the method I use for most projects. When
you think a project is ready for approval set up "Admin Need" in the
status field. You can take the approved projects as examples and ask in
savannah-hackers-public if you need more information.

Thanks very much for your help.

It's updated and reselfsigned now. Thanks for the notice.
