[Savannah-hackers-public] gawk-diffs Digest

I received today the first digest of gawk-diffs, thanks. However, the
list of topics it shows is not very helpful:

  Today's Topics:

     1. [SCM] UNNAMED PROJECT branch, master, updated.
        bbbfd0cb5661d96fce8ee9d0323405655a120060 (Arnold Robbins)
     2. [SCM] gawk branch, master, updated.
        6cd3c8e7e6c6febc1840c381b82ead816db3921a (Arnold Robbins)
     3. [SCM] gawk branch, master, updated.
        a5695afdec422349f38bfd3658a325003b0e6b80 (Arnold Robbins)

This forces me to read the entire digest, instead of figuring out
which of the commits, if any, are of interest to me by looking at this

For comparison, here's a similar list from the emacs-diffs list,
produced from bzr commits:

  Today's Topics:

     1. /srv/bzr/emacs/trunk r103422: * src/dired.c: Add comment and
code explaining magic number. (Paul Eggert)
     2. /srv/bzr/emacs/trunk r103421: Fix package uploading for newly
made or local archives. (Chong Yidong)
     3. /srv/bzr/emacs/trunk r103423: Merge changes made in Gnus
        trunk. (Katsumi Yamaoka)
     4. /srv/bzr/emacs/emacs-23 r100509: lisp/ChangeLog: Fix typos.
        (Juanma Barranquero)
     5. /srv/bzr/emacs/trunk r103424: Merge: lib-src changes mostly
to avoid GCC warnings (Paul Eggert)

Is it possible to show the commit log messages in gawk-diffs's list of
topics, like emacs-diffs does? The log messages are there, but they
are shown only with the full diffs, e.g.:
