DUH!, I didn't read your answer (DELETE THE OLD CERTIFICATE).
Anyway,
I found the following:
/var/log/apache-ssl/error.log
[Wed Mar 28 18:26:49 2001] [error] SSL_accept failed
[Wed Mar 28 18:26:49 2001] [error] error:0407106B:rsa
routines:RSA_padding_check_PKCS1_type_2:block type is not 02
[Wed Mar 28 18:26:49 2001] [error] error:04065072:rsa
routines:RSA_EAY_PRIVATE_DECRYPT:padding check failed
[Wed Mar 28 18:26:49 2001] [error] error:1408F071:SSL
routines:SSL3_GET_RECORD:bad mac decode
But as loic said, deleting the old certificate and accepting the new
did the trick.
