Ok, finally I fixed it.
Now we have an expert in disaster recoveries for Savannah!!!

There is a possibility that somebody did some permission changes
between the last dump and my screw up, but I think that there were not
so many of them (if any), and this can be fixed easily.
This would be the scenario
userA : "Hey why you haven't made me project admin"
admiA : "Yes I did it yesterday"
userA : "No, check the project page"
adminA: "huh?, oh, well, let me try again".
I will continue fixing the GNATS stuff so our friends of GNATS can
start working in Savannah.
