Snoopy.class.inc is ok (license-wise ;-)
index.php should have the same kind of copyright notice (modeled
after this:
<one line to give the program's name and a brief idea of what it does.>

I know it's overkill but it does not hurt a bit. And this method
applies to all software you released or will release therefore it's a one
shot learning curve ;-)
