Hi,
I see that you've included a partial copy of the GNU GPL in
the COPYING file. It must be the exact copy of the
www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.txt file.
Could you please fix this and submit your project again ? When
you do, please describe your project in more words (half a page will
do).
