I looked at some your CVS trees on SF.net, and was sometimes unable to
find licensing information. Note that it's important to add copyright
+ licensing notice in each files, since it's free software.

JAVA is supposed to be portable. But there aren't free implementations for
everything. And on Savannah we choose to host only softwares that are
software that can run without using proprietary softwares.

Anyway, there are free implementations for java until Sun JVM 1.3. So
your software should work. And, so, there's no problem.

I wasnt pointing problems but potential problems. We want to make sure
there's no problem before approving a registration on savannah, that's
why we ask you to add more informations.

Now you have to resubmit your projects, and adding license information
where it lacks.
