        Hi,

        I assume http://home.epeios.org/exml-cvs.tar.gz is the latest
distribution. Please insert the full text of the GNU GPL into this tree
and submit the project again. It requires only 5 command lines.

        Also please make sure this is done for other projects already
hosted on Savannah (ebkd for one is missing the GNU GPL). I understand
it's a pain but it needs to be done only once and you can forget about
it afterwards.
