[Savannah-hackers] 'cvs remove ...' not working!

My username is 'asfand'
My project name is 'xbobble'

When I try a 'cvs remove XBobbleGrid.hh' from the root source
directory, I get the following message:

cvs server: cannot remove file `XBobbleGrid.hh' which has a numeric
sticky tag of `1.5'

What's going on?  What do I need to do?
