Jim Hart <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: gpl
Other License:
Package: Hawk (HTML-Awk)
System name: hawk
Type: 2

This project is a CGI written in gawk which allows gawk code and html to be
intermixed in a file and then executed/parsed at the time a web browser asks
for it. It is similar in concept to PHP and Embedded PERL.

It currently exists as the SQawk project on SourceForge
( I want to move it to Savannah and
rename it to hawk (HTML-Awk).

Other Software Required:
Gnu Awk, Apache Web server, *nix
