Description:
My project\'s aim is make a tool that could clean the program code,such as the 
indent is criterion.
i think write it with c++.
the First version will clean c/c++ code.
the Second version will realization GUI interface.
the Third version will clean c/c++,java,basic ... code whit GUI interface.
the plan of release should decide later base on the process.
the above is a plan.
